口腔颌面深部金属异物11例诊治分析

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 11 cases with metallic foreign bodies in oral and maxillofacial deep regions

目的总结口腔颌面深部金属异物的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析11例采用电磁铁吸出法及X线观察屏直视下异物取出术治疗口腔颌面深部金属异物的临床资料。结果所有异物均被成功取出,未发生严重的并发症。结论准确的定位、合理的治疗方法、细致的手术操作和并发症的预防,是口腔颌面深部金属异物治疗的关键。

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment methods of metallic foreign body in oral and maxillofaeial deep regions. Methods Clinical materials of 11 cases who were undergone extraction of metallic foreign bodies in oral and maxillofacial deep regions by electromagnet and removal of foreign body by looking steadily at X-rays viewing screen were analyzed retrospectively. Results All foreign bodies were extracted successfully and no severe complication occurred. Conclusion The precise location, rational method, careful operative procedure and prevention of complications were key points of treatment of metallic foreign bodies in oral and maxillofacial deep regions.
