摘要
本文综述了几种不同类型的高级计算机图形学建模技术，然后介绍了计算机图形学高级建模技术的发展方向。
The paper discussed several different types of advanced modeling techniques for computer graphics. These techniques include fractals,grammar-based models,volumetric procedural models,volumetric procedural models,implicit surfaces and particle systems. These techniques are procedural not equational and provide a concise,efficient,flexible,and controllable mechanism for specifying and animating models of complex objects and natural phenomena. At last,we introduce the future directions in advanced modeling techniques for computer graphics research.
