The Role of Patients in Clinical Decision

医疗决策关系到患者的生命,生活质量和家庭的幸福。患者在其中的地位如何,患者应该参与到何种程度是每天临床都在进行和大家一直在讨论的问题。作者认为患者最好是把医疗决策交给医生,因为医患间的信息不平等。但同时医生应该具有临床经验,有正确的临床思维并充分考虑到患者的意愿。

Clinical decision is significantly related to patients＇ chance of survival, living quality and welfare of the family. It has been widely discussed. What role patients should play, and to what extent patients should be involved in the decision making. Being doctors, we hope that patients allow us to take responsibility due to the inequality of knowledge possession. Meanwhile, doctors should also have sufficient clinical experiences, clinical logic and fully take into consideration of patients＇ openiors.
