高效液相色谱法测定复方胆通胶囊中羟甲香豆素的含量

Determination of 7-hydroxy 4-methyl coumarin in Compound Dantong capsule by HPLC

目的：用高效液相色谱法测定复方胆通胶囊中羟甲香豆素的含量。方法：高效液相色谱法，采用SWG（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）柱，以萘为内标，甲醇-水（3：1）为流动相，流速为1．00mL·min^-1，检测波长为252nm。结果：羟甲香豆素在17～68μg·mL。浓度范围内呈线性关系（r=0．9999，n=7）。该法回收率99．4％，RSD为0．05％（n=5）。结论：该方法简单、快速、准确。

Objective：Determination of 7-hydroxy 4-methyl coumarin in compound Dantong capsule by HPLC. Method： The applied column was SWG （4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 mm）. The internal standard was Naphthalene. The mobile phase consisted of menthol - water （3 ： 1 ） at a flow rate of 1.00 mL·min^ -1（ The detection wavelength was 252 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship in the range of 17 -68 μg·mL^-1 （r =0.9999, n =7）. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 0.05% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
