摘要
目的:研究降压中药鼻腔喷雾剂之挥发油包合工艺和稳定性。方法:采用HP-β-环糊精对降压中药喷雾剂中挥发油进行包合处理,以HP-β-环糊精用量、包合温度、包合时间为因素,进行正交设计,得到最佳的包合条件。结果:最佳的包合条件为:以HP-β-环糊精∶挥发油(7∶1)进行包合;包合温度为30℃;包合时间为1 h。结论:采用HP-β-环糊精包合挥发油能够提高挥发油在制剂中的稳定性。
Objective:To study the volatile oils of antihypertensive nasal spray forming technology and stability. Methods: The volatile oil was clathrated with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD). The content of HP-β-CD, inclusion temperature and inclusion time were by orthogonal design as evaluating indicators. Result: The optimal inclusion conditions were as follows : the ratio of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and volatile oils is 7: 1, inclusion temperature was 30℃, inclusion time was 1 h. Conclusion. The inclusion of volatile oils with HP-β-CD can enhance drug stability.
