摘要
报道了整装式液体随行装药方案在30mm火炮上的射击结果.采用多孔介质控制整装式液体药的燃烧稳定性,并且通过调整平均孔隙尺寸大小以实现随行液体药的高燃速;设计了一个点火参数可调的延迟装置,以控制随行液体药在不同时刻被点燃.在上述两种控制技术基础上,设计了液体随行装药试验弹.在国内首次在火炮上实现明显的随行效应.即膛压曲线出现双峰值或压力平台现象.
In this paper, 30 mm gun firing results from a new program of bulkloaded liquid traveling charge are reported. The combustion stability of bulkloaded liquid propellant is controled by using porous media as filler block, and the high burning rate of the liquid traveling charge is obtained by adjusting mean hole diameter of porous media. A new ignition delay device, which can control ignition of liquid traveling charge at any one time, is designed. On the basis of above results, a traveling charge projectile is designed. The traveling effects in gun, i.e., two peaks or pressure platform in chamber pressuretime curues, are first produced in our country. The research results are of great importance to traveling charge design.
