摘要
研究用热化学反应法在金属表面制备陶瓷涂层的工艺,并对涂层的相结构及显微组织进行分析。结果表明,采用该工艺可以在金属表面获得连续、致密且与基体结合良好的陶瓷涂层。腐蚀试验证明,采用本工艺在45号钢表面涂覆陶瓷后可使其抗蚀性显著提高。
The fabricating process of metallic ceramic coatings by thermochemical reaction method was studied. The phase structure and microstructure of the coatings were also investigated in this paper. Results showed continuous, dense and well adhered coatings could be obtained by this process. A medium carbon steel coated by this method exhibited excellent resistance to corrosion.
