摘要
DZ12 5定向凝固高温合金是为新型航空发动机研制的涡轮叶片材料。它具有高的中、高温强度和延性 ,特别是具有良好的可铸性和小的薄壁效应 ,可铸成内腔十分复杂的薄壁空心叶片。
Directionally solidified superalloy DZ1 2 5has been developed for new type aero- engine turbine blades.It possesses high strength and ductility at intermediate and high tempera- ture,in particular,excellent castability and less thin- wall effect.This superalloy may be used for DS hollow blades with complex internal passages.
