摘要
风险管理是一门新兴学科,已广泛应用在许多行业以规避可预期的风险。与国外发达国家相比,我国工程风险管理尚处于起步阶段。结合上海轨道交通四号线修复工程中的超深基坑工程,通过将风险管理与项目管理相结合,提出了动态风险管理的思想,并将其应用于工程实践中,随着工程的顺利完工,证明了动态风险管理对于工程的风险控制确实能够起到较好的效果。
Risk management is a rising subject, which has been widely used in many trades to evade some predicable risks. At the area of civil engineering in China, risk management is still at the first stage comparing to some developed countries. The active risk management combining with project management are proposed, and the method to super deep foundation pit project of restoration engineering of Shanghai Metro Line 4 is applied. After the project is finished successfully, it is conformed that active risk management can decrease the risks effectively and it is a good method to control the risks.
