摘要
针对建设工程项目招投标过程中出现的违规行为,采用聚类分析法对投标人进行判别分类,直观掌握投标人间潜在的关联关系和可能出现的围标行为,进而采取有效的控制措施,确保招标质量,实现招标的技术和经济目标,并结合工程实例,研究了聚类分析法原理及应用过程。
According to violation behaviors in construction project bidding, cluster analytic method is adopted to determine classification, intuitive grasp correlation of bidders and prevent potential together-conspired bidding. Then effective control measures are adopted to ensure bidding quality and achieve technique and economical goals. Combining with actual projects, principle and application process of cluster analytic method are researched.
