摘要
在工程的上部结构与下部结构之间设置隔震层是减轻工程结构地震破坏的新技术。结合隔震新技术在北京市三里河三区12号地办公楼工程中的设计应用,简要介绍了建筑隔震技术的原理以及关键部位的节点设计,详细说明了隔震层的土建、水暖以及电气等施工方法。指出隔震设计可以有效减小上部结构的截面尺寸和配筋,降低工程造价以及减少上部结构层间位移。
Setting isolation layer is a new technology between superstructure and substructure of project, which can reduce earthquake damage. Based on the design application of this technology applied in No. 12 plot office building project in Sanlihe three area in Beijing, the author introduces the principles of isolation technology and the design of key joints, combining with showing the construction methods of civil, water heating and electric of isolation layer in detail. Furthermore, isolation design can effectively decrease section size, reinforcement, engineering cost and story drifts of superstructures.
