橡胶隔震垫技术在北京西单大悦城施工中的应用

Application of Rubber Isolation Cushion Technology in Dayue City of Beijing Xidan

橡胶隔震垫技术具有明显降低地震反应、降低工程造价、施工简单等优点,在北京西单大悦城中得以成功应用。在没有成熟经验可借鉴的前提下,指出了橡胶隔震垫施工验收条件、安装程序、施工质量要求、维护措施、施工中出现的问题及采取的对策。实践证明,工程施工效果符合设计和规范要求。

Rubber isolation cushion can reduce seismic reaction in evidence, decrease project cost and be constructed simply. The technology is applied in Dayue City of Beijing Xidan as its advantages. Under the premise of no construction experience, the acceptance condition, installation process, construction quality requirements, maintenance measures, construction problems and countermeasures during construction axe researched in this paper. It proves that construction effects of projects with robber isolation cushion technology can reach requirements of design and cedes.
