摘要
根据中央电视台新台址建设工程外筒柱施工要求,经过试验攻关,按照自密实混凝土的等级要求,采用聚羧酸系外加剂对C60自密实混凝土进行配合比设计,采取同时掺加机制砂和天然砂的措施保证了钢纤维自密实混凝土拌合物的自密实性能和超高泵送性能,而且也得到了满足型钢柱施工要求的力学变形性能。
According to construction requirements of column in external tubes of CCTV new site, polycarboxylic acid additive is adopted through tests on mixing ratio design of C60 self-compacting concrete thinking of concrete degrees. Self-compaction and super high-rise pumping properties of the steel fiber concrete mixture are gained by using both manufactured and natural sand, as well as good mechanical deformation properties to ensure section-steel columns construction.
