摘要
通过 SEM观察和 EDXA分析对 Al2 O3/ Si C和 Si Cw/ Si C陶瓷的耐磨粒磨损性进行了比较研究。在低应力下 ,Al2 O3/ Si C陶瓷的耐磨性优于 Si Cw / Si C陶瓷 ,而在较高应力下则相反。陶瓷的塑性、韧性、硬度、微观结构和外加应力都对其磨粒磨损行为起作用。各样品的磨损均由单颗粒脱落和块状脱落构成。
With the help of SEM and random EDXA analysis,abrasion behavior of Al2 O3/Si C and Si Cw/Si C ceramics are discussed. At low contact stresses,Al2 O3/Si C ceramics exhibit relatively better wear resistance than Si Cw/Si C ceramics.The overall effects of the plas- ticity,fracture toughness and hardness on abrasive wear are all important.The wear precess con- sists mainly of single particle dispatching and cluster spalling.
