摘要
通过对低温地板辐射采暖地面剥离拱起现象的机理分析和热胀伸长值、热胀应力、砂浆粘结层抗剪强度等定量研究,充分论证了此类地面发生问题的原因,并结合工程实践进行防拱裂技术研究与应用,与传统工艺相比,采用"以放为主、降低温差、抗放并济"的技术路线取得良好的效果。
Based on arch principle of radiation heating floors, causes of arch-crack in the floors are analyzed by quantitatively researching thermal elongation value and stress, shear strength of mortar bonding layer and so on. Combining with actual project, anti-arch-crack technology is researched. Comparing with traditional construction technology, adopting technology of setting floor buffer layer and reducing temperature difference can reach good effect.
