摘要
目的研究复方木鸡冲剂在体外对不同组织来源肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用。方法应用MTT法观察复方木鸡冲剂对多种肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态的变化,流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡。结果复方木鸡冲剂对不同组织来源的多种肿瘤细胞有明显的生长抑制作用,并能使HL-60和HepG2细胞的凋亡率增加。结论复方木鸡冲剂在体外对多种肿瘤细胞的生长有抑制作用,初步认为是通过诱导细胞凋亡实现的。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Muji Chongji on growth of carcinoma cell lines. Methods MTT assay was used to observe the inhibition of carcinoma cell lines after treatment. The apoptosis of HL-60 and HepG2 ceils was displayed by light microscope and flow cytome-ment (FCM). Results The researches on the antitumor activities of Muji Chongji in vitro revealed that the growth of K562, HL-60, Hela, HepG2, Rail, A549 cells was inhibited by Muji Chongji in time-dependent manner. Compared with normal control group and positive control group, Muji Chongji could inhibit the growth of tumor ceils obviously(P 〈0. 01 ) The apoptosis change was detected with light microscope and FCM on HL-60 and HepG2 ceils. Conclusion The researches on the antitumor activities of Muji Chongji in vitro show that the growth of K562, HL-60, Hela, HepG2, Rail, A549 cells was obviously inhibited by Muji Chongji in time-dependent manner. The anti-tumor mechanism of Fufang muji Chongji is that it can induce apoptosis on HepG2 and HL-60 ceils.
