长期使用的无毒型砂高温反应产物分析

High Temperature Reaction Products of Repeatedly Used Non Toxic Mould Sand

通过模拟试验及其与参比试样红外光谱图的对比 ,研究了反复使用的铸镁无毒型砂的高温反应。发现长期使用的无毒型砂在高温反应生成高沸点烃和硼砂 (四硼酸钠 )。

High temperature reaction of repeatedly used non toxic mould sand was investi- gated by simulation test and compareing with infrared spectroscopies of reference samples.The results shown that high boiling hadrocarbon and sodium tetraborate is produced by high tempera- ture reaction of this mould sand.
