沃尔巴克氏体感染对松毛虫赤眼蜂生殖力、发育历期和存活的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Wolbachia Infection on Fecundity,Developmental Duration and Survival of Trichogramma dendrolimi

摘要 在恒温恒湿条件下,比较研究了感染沃尔巴克氏体的产雌孤雌生殖品系和未感染正常两性生殖品系松毛虫赤眼蜂的单雌产卵量、发育历期、存活率。结果表明,感染和未感染沃尔巴克氏体的两种品系松毛虫赤眼蜂单雌产卵量分别为101.2和101.7粒,差异不显著;松毛虫赤眼蜂产雌孤雌生殖品系在预蛹期和蛹后期的发育历期极显著长于两性生殖品系,分别为1.9、0.9d和1.4、0.5d;沃尔巴克氏体感染使宿主松毛虫赤眼蜂卵和幼虫的存活率显著降低。 Under constant temperature and humidity conditions, fecundity, developmental duration and survival rate were compared between Trichogramrna dendrolimi infected and uninfected with Wolbachia using the staining method by Safranin in egg of Antheraea pernyi. Results show that the fecundity was not significantly reduced by infection with Wolbachia, Developmental durations of pre-pupal and late pupal stages (1.9 and 1.4 d, respectively) of T. dendrolimi infected with Wolbachia were significantly longer than those of uninfected wasps (0.9 and 0.5 d, respectively). Wolbachia infection significantly decreased survival rates of eggs and larvae of T. dendrolimi.
