摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对86例行LC患者给予精心围术期护理。结果:本组1例因严重粘连中转开腹手术,16例术后出现不同程度的恶心、呕吐,均经精心护理后痊愈出院。结论:重视心理护理、加强围术期护理、密切观察及预防术后并发症,可提高LC手术的成功率。
Objective： To explore nursing methods in perioperative period for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy （ LC ）. Methods ： Careful nursing care was given to 86 patients with LC in perioperative period. Results ： One patient received laparotomy because of severe adhesion. Nausea, vomiting occurred in 16 patients and they were cured through careful nursing care. Conclusion： Emphasized psycho nursing care, perioperative nursing care and prevention of complication can increase the successful rate of LC.
