摘要
针对摩擦材料无石棉化的发展趋势,以改性酚醛树脂及丁腈橡胶粉末为基体树脂粘结剂,芳纶浆粕为增强纤维制得摩擦材料。利用D-MS摩擦试验机研究了芳纶浆粕增强摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:摩擦材料的摩擦系数随着芳纶浆粕含量的增加而增加,磨损率随着芳纶浆粕含量的增加而减小,芳纶浆粕的质量分数不宜超过5%。SEM分析表明,其摩擦磨损机理也与芳纶浆粕含量密切相关。
Aiming at the development trend of no asbestos, the friction materials which is made up with resin and pulp of phenylene terephthala mid(PPTA-Pulp) were prepared. The resin was binder which contains both modified phenolic resin and powdered nitrile rubber. The friction and wear behaviors of PPTA-Pulp fiber reinforced friction materials were studied using a D-MS wear tester. The experimental results showed that the friction coefficient was increased with the increase of PPTA-Pulp fiber content, the wear rate of the materials was decreased with the increase of PPTA-Pulp fiber content. It was suggested that the PPTA Pulp content should not exeed 5%. SEM analyses showed that the wear mechanisms of friction materials were also related with the PPTA-Pulp fiber content.
