摘要
以过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原体系,合成了由表面活性单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(AMPS)稳定的硅丙无皂乳液。考察了表面活性单体用量、反应温度、以及有机硅加入顺序等对乳液聚合和乳液性能的影响。当有机硅先加时由于生成大量凝胶反应无法顺利进行;有机硅后加可以得到稳定的硅丙乳液。采用红外光谱分析表明,有机硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯发生了共聚反应。有机硅的加入使共聚物的耐水性、耐热性提高。
The polysiloxane modified acrylates soap-free emulsion was obtained using water-soluble potassium persulfate/sodium bisulfite as redox initiation system and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid sodium salt (AMPS) as surfmer. The effects of the amount of the surfmer, the reaction temperature and the presence of organosiloxane on the polymerization stability and the property of the emulsion were studied systematically. A large amount of gel was obtained and the reaction cannot proceed further when the organosiloxane was added in the beginning , while the reaction can proceed smoothly when the organosiloxane was added in the end. The IR showed that the organosiloxane was copolymerized with acrylates. The water resistance and the thermal stability of the coating was significantly improved with the addition of the organosiloxane.
