摘要
以ZnCl2和NaOH为原料由凝胶-网络法制备了纳米ZnO粉体和掺杂La2O3的ZnO粉体,利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对两种粉体的形貌和结构进行了表征。研究表明,用凝胶网络法制备的两种粉体的结晶情况良好,分布均匀,平均粒径分别为29nm和25nm。以掺杂不同金属氧化物的ZnO纳米粉体为原料,制备了旁热式厚膜型气敏元件,对比实验表明,掺杂的元件对甲醛气体的灵敏度比纯ZnO的灵敏度高,且掺杂La2O3后的ZnO气敏元件具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。
Nanocrystalline ZnO and ZnO doped by La2O3 were prepared by gel-gridding method with ZnCl2 and NaOH reagents. The shape and frame of them were detected with XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the crystals of them were good and equal,and the average diameters were 29nm and 25nm respectively. Heater type gas sensors for measuring formaldehyde were made by ZnO powders doped with different metal oxides. The results of contrast experiments showed that the gas sensitivity and selectivity of doped ZnO are higher than that without doping.
