摘要
现行立法没有对捐赠假劣药品问题做出专门规定,各地的理解和处理差异很大。试对现行法律框架下捐赠假劣药品法律适用问题进行分析。
The existing legal system have not provide specific regulations for donated substandard drugs. The comprehension and disposal vary greatly. This paper analyzed legal application of donated substandard drugs based on the existing legal system.
