药品检测车运行模式的探讨

Study on the Working Mode of the Mobile Labs

通过对河南、湖北两省药品检测车运行模式的调研,对药品检测车的最佳运行模式进行了探讨。认为药品检测车的日常工作可以分为专项检查和常规检查:前者可以根据假劣药品流行的特点,快速筛查假劣药品;而后者则可以扩大监管覆盖面,弥补药检所检验资源的不足,帮助药监部门准确掌握本地区的药品质量信息,进而制定相应的监管政策。针对不同的工作任务,药品检测车应选用不同的运行模式才能最大限度地发挥功效。

The best working mode of the mobile labs was discussed by studying it in Henan and Hubei province. The routine work of the mobile labs can be divided in two parts, special checking and general checking. The special checking can quickly screen drugs based on the characteristic of the counterfeit drugs. The general checking can enlarge the area of administration, which will compensate the lack of working resource in the local institutes of drug control, so it will help the local drug administrations master the drug quality information and establish corresponding administrative policy. The mobile labs can reach its maximum power only when properly working mode was selected according to different projects.
