摘要 为充分发挥药品检测车车载近红外检测系统的功能,根据不同的物质或由不同物质组成的混合物应具有不同的近红外图谱之原理,选取车载近红外检测系统中尚没有检测模型的品种,以已知真品药物的NIR图谱为参比,对监督检验中发现的可疑样品,直接比对其与参比NIR光谱的区别,鉴别真假药品。经13个品种的验证,证明近红外图谱直观分析可以作为快速筛查假劣药品的有效方法。 In order to explore the function of Near Infrared (NIR) Prescreening Identification System equipped on mobile lab, the spectra of suspicious samples were directly compared with the spectra from their authenticated medicine in routine supervision, if the sample could not use the NIR models on mobile lab for identification. This process is based the fact that different materials or mixtures possess different NIR spectra~ therefore, it could be used to distinguish true and fake drugs rapidly. By investigation of 13 different types of medicine, the results confirms that direct NIR spectra comparison is an effective method for quick screening of counterfeit drugs.
