摘要
改进阿莫西林胶囊的含量测定方法。在加入适量盐酸溶液溶解样品后按阿莫西林胶囊含量测定项下方法制备样品溶液,以8个不同厂家样品考察两种不同制备方法对阿莫西林胶囊含量测定的影响。新方法处理样品溶解时间短,测定结果准确。改进方法科学、合理,使测定结果更加准确、可信。
The method of determination of Amoxicillin Capsules was improved. Prepared the sample solution according to the method of determination of Amoxicillin Capsules after samples dissolved by adding suitable hydrochloric acid, the two different preparation methods were contrasted to inspect the information of determination of Amoxicillin Capsules by samples from eight different factories. New approach to the sample solution need shorter time, results was more accurate. Improved methods is scientific and reasonable, and the results are more accurate and reliable.
