摘要
通过测定秦艽及秦艽炮制品中龙胆苦苷的含量,以探讨炮制方法对秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量影响。采用高效液相色谱法,Waters C18色谱柱;流动相：甲醇-水（3∶7）;流速：1.0mL·min-1;检测波长：272nm。龙胆苦苷在1.104~8.280μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为102.23%（RSD=2.9%）。不同的炮制方法对秦艽中龙胆苦苷含量有一定影响。
It investigated the effects of processing to determine the content of gentiopieroside in processed Radix gentianae macrophyllae. The HPLC methods used Waters C18 column, methanol-water （3 ： 7） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 at the deteclion wavelength of 272nm. For gentiopicroside, the linear range was 1. 104-8. 280μg and the average recovery was 102.23 % with RSD=2.9%. The processing had effects on the contents of gentiopicroside in Radix gentianae macrophgllae.
