按照《中国药典》2005年版一部五味子项下,用高效液相色谱法测定五味子中五味子醇甲的含量。对不同产地、外观差异较大的五味子进行含量测定和分析比较,为医院临床用药、药厂生产投料提供参考依据。

Content of Schisandra chinensis was tested by HPLC according to method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 （1 part）. We tested the content of Schisandra chinensis from various origins and had quite different appearances, to provide references to the hospital clinical application and the factory manufacture.
