摘要
吐温80是药物制剂中常用的辅料,常用作助溶剂、乳化剂和稳定剂等。过去认为吐温80在制剂中只起到赋形剂的作用,但随着近年来药理学研究的深入,人们认识到吐温80是具有一定生物和药理活性的物质,并与药物临床上出现的不良反应(advers effects,ADRs)相关。介绍和总结了吐温80的有关药理活性、药物动力学及分析方法研究进展,希望能引起医药工作者的重视,更合理的使用含有吐温80的制剂。
Tween 80 is a general pharmaceutical adjuvant for preparations, and often been used as auxiliary solvent, emulsifer and stabilizing agent, etc. It had been consider act as excipient for many years, but it was proved that Tween 80 had some pharmacological react and linked with ADRs for the past few years. This article introduced the current progresses and applications of the pharmacological properties, pharmacokinetics properties and analytic method of Tween 80.
