生物质谱在糖药物学分析中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的介绍快原子轰击、电喷雾离子化、基质辅助激光解吸、串联质谱等生物质谱技术在糖类药物分析中的应用。方法对近年来有代表性的文献进行分析、归纳。结果与结论在糖类结构研究的诸多方法中,生物质谱被认为是一个重要的不可缺少的手段,在糖类结构的分析中有广阔的应用前景。
