齐墩果酸滴丸的分散状态及其体外评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的制备齐墩果酸滴丸,考察其分散状态。方法以PEG4000,PEG6000为载体,利用红外光谱法、X射线衍射法、差示热量扫描法(DSC)对齐墩果酸在其中的分散状态进行研究。并对滴丸进行体外溶出度研究。结果滴丸形成了低共熔物或固溶体,齐墩果酸以比较均匀的微细晶体或分子状态分散在载体中,滴丸中齐墩果酸与PEG分子间未发生化学反应,它们之间仅仅是物理作用。结论采用固体分散技术制备的滴丸完全可以使药物达到高度分散状态,并能显著提高齐墩果酸的溶出度。 BJECTIVE To observe the dispering form of the oleanolic acid drop pills prepared. METHODS Oleanolic acid drop pills was prepared by taking PEG4000 and PEG6000 as carrier . And the infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to evaluate the dispersing form of drop pills in the preparation and to study the solubility in vitro. RESULTS The phase of oleanolic acid drop pills indicated that drop pills formed eutectic mixture or solid solution, oleanolic acid dispersed into carrier as minuteness crystalline or molecule. No chemical reaction was found between oleanolic acid and adjutants. CONCLUSION The bioavailability of oleanolic acid was increased significantly by solid disperse technology.
