摘要
目的:建立以 HPLC 法测定黄连上清片中大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚含量的方法。方法:采用 Shim pack VP—ODS 柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(83:17)为流动相,检测波长:254 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:大黄酸在0.00726~0.0726μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均加样回收率为99.2%,大黄素在0.01584~0.1584μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为101.0%,大黄酚在0.1088~1.088μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为101.5%。结论:本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC for determination of Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol in Huanglian Shangqing tablets. Method:A Shim pack VP -ODS Cl8 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid (83: 17) , the detecting wavelength was at 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results:The linear range of rhein was within 0. 00726 -0. 0726 μg. r = 1. 0000, the average sample recovery was 99.2% ;The linear range of emodin was within 0. 01584 -0. 1584 μg. r = 0. 9999, the average sample recovery was 101.0% ;The linear range of chrysophanol was within 0. 1088 - 1. 088 μg. r = 0. 9999, the average sample recovery was 101.5%. Conclusion:This method has good repeatability, flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Huanglian shangqing tablets.
