广西莪术挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨气相-质谱(GC—MS)联用技术在广西莪术挥发油质量控制方面应用的可行性,建立广西莪术挥发油的共有指纹图潜,方法:采用 GC—MS 方法对广西道地产区的10批次广西莪术样品进行比较分析,并采用国家药品监督管理局推荐的"中药色谱指纹图谱计算机相似性评价系统"进行模式分析及相似度计算。结果:广西莪术挥发油指纹图谱检测出20个共有特征峰,特征峰峰面积之和占总峰面积的93%以上,10批次样品具有较高的相似度(>90%);其精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合有关规定。结论:10批次广西莪术挥发油的指纹图谱中各成分均得到了较好分离,具有特征性和唯一性,因此本方法可作为广西莪术挥发油的质量控制方法。 Objective : To discuss the feasibility application of GC - MS in quality control of essential oil and to establish the fingerprint and its common pattern on essential oil from curcuma kwangsiensis by GC - MS. Methods : GC - MS analysis was performed for 10 sample of genuine producing areas in guangxi from curcuma kwangsiensis. The TIL profiles were evaluated by " computer aided similarity evaluation system" ( developed by Research Center for Modernization of Chinese Medicine, Central South University). Results :The 20 feature peaks in fingerprints of curcuma kwangsiensi were identified over 93% of the total area of the peaks. The resemblance was higher among 10 samples( 〉 90% ). The accuracy, fidelity and stability of instrument are very good in the tests. Conclusion: The method is characteristic and unique, and can be used for quality control of curcuma kwangsiensi.
