摘要
目的:提取分离苦葫芦中降血糖组分,并对其中主要成分进行结构分析。方法:采用有机溶剂和柱层析法提取、分离;采用化学法、红外光谱分析法和 HPLC—MS 法分析主要成分的分子结构。结果:经提取、分离得到了降血糖的活性组分;推测出了其中主要成分的化学结构式为2、4、5-三羟基戊四醇乙酸酯的二聚物。结论:苦葫芦中具有降血糖活性组分,其中所含主要成分为五碳糖(2、4、5-三羟基戊四醇)乙酸酯的二聚物。
Objective:To extraction and separation of components of the effective Hypoglycemic components in bitter gourd and analysis the structural which major components. Methods:To extract e with organic solvent and separat e with column chromatography ; To analysis the molecular structure of the major ingredients to use the methods of chemical, infrared spectrometry and. Results:To have obtained the main active component of hypoglycemic After extraction and separation; identified the chemical structure of the major ingredients was 2,4,5 -three Hydroxy five -four Alcohol Acetate dimer. Conclusion:Exist hypoglycemic active component in bitter gourd, the major ingredients contained was five carbon sugar (2,4,5 -three Hydroxy -five -four Alcohol) Acetate dimer.
