摘要
采用透射电镜、光学显微镜及X射线衍射仪观察和分析了Ti-B19钛合金固溶时效过程中硅化物的析出特点。结果表明,Ti-B19合金经900℃固溶处理后合金中出现少量硅化物,呈粗大片状,与β基体配合较紧密;时效处理后硅化物析出无明显增加,但呈现六边形片状形貌,经TEM衍射花样分析,该析出相为(Ti,Zr)5Si3,其晶体结构为六方结构。与固溶状态相比,时效后硅化物尺寸变化不大,与β基体配合相对较差。
The precipitation behavior of silicides in Ti-B19 titanium alloy during solution and aging treatment was studied by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that a small quantity of coarse plate-like silicides, combined closely with matrix,was observed in β phase after solution treatment at 900 ℃. After aging treatment, the quantity of silicides didn' t increase obviously but the precipitates changed into hexagonal structure. Based on the analysis of TEM selected area electronic diffraction pattern,it' s assumed that the silicides is ( Ti, Zr)5Si3 ,with hexagonal structure. Compared with the silicides before aging treatment, the silicides after aging treatment had little change in size and didn't combined with β matrix tightly.
