摘要
介绍了引进的不锈钢焊管在线光亮热处理生产线,对影响不锈钢焊管在线光亮热处理的因素进行了分析。不锈钢焊管采用带保护气体的无氧化在线光亮热处理既改善了焊管质量,又省去传统的线外热处理及酸洗工艺。
The production line of online bright heat treatment for stainless steel weld pipe was introduced and the influence factors of stainless steel pipe online bright heat treatment was analyzed. The scale-less or free heating online bright heat treatment under protective atmosphere improves the quality of the stainless steel weld pipe and saves the traditional heat treatment out of and pickling process.
