在通用感应淬火成套设备控制系统设计中,采用经济型数控系统为核心的一体化集成控制,将感应淬火装置、感应加热电源、能量监控装置、淬火液与软化水循环冷却系统有效集成一体,从而适应柔性生产线的自动化控制。

In the design of full set of all-purpose induction quenching equipment control system,the economic numerical control system for the core integration control was employed, and integrated unit was obtained including the induction quenching installment,the induction heating power source,the energy monitoring control, the quenehant and the softened cycle water cooling system. This integrated unit was applicable for automatical controlling in the flexible production line.
