随着电子工业的飞速发展,贴片设备已被广泛应用于大规模电子组装生产上。对贴片机性能有着至关重要影响的两个因素是贴片机的结构和视觉系统,本文围绕这两个方面,介绍了贴片机目前现状及满足未来贴装需求所具备的能力。
