脑静脉血栓的影像学研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 脑静脉血栓（cerebral venous thrombosis,CVT）是脑血管疾病中的一种特殊类型,影像学技术的发展在CVT的早期诊断和指导治疗方面起着重要作用。磁共振成像（MRI）、磁共振静脉造影（MRV）、对比增强MRV和脑CT静脉造影（CTV）对CVT高度敏感,可早期显示本病的直接和间接征象,反映病理演变及评价治疗效果,是无创伤性、较理想的诊断方法。MRV与MRI结合使用可提高诊断的可靠性,
