连续性肾脏替代治疗肌病肾病代谢综合征 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨急性动脉闭塞术后并发肌病肾病代谢综合征(myonephropathic-metabolic syndrome,MNMS)应用连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)的效果及体会。方法:用百特公司Accura CRRT机,碳酸氢盐置换液,16例MNMS患者接受CRRT治疗,置换液3~4L/h,平均治疗时间为98.8h。结果:14例患者存活肾功能恢复正常,死亡1例,1例放弃治疗;CRRT治疗24h后16例患者血尿素氮、血肌酐、血肌红蛋白明显下降,血碳酸氢根明显升高,和治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRRT能有效清除血肌红蛋白恢复肾功能,迅速纠正高钾血症和代谢性酸中毒有助于改善MNMS的预后。
