摘要
介绍了用于40Cr钢摩托车主驱动齿轮气体氮碳共渗的WLV-I型低真空变压表面处理多用炉的工作原理、结构、工艺特点和生产过程及效果,并讨论了提高产品质量和优化生产过程的措施。实际生产使用表明,与常规炉相比,低真空变压热处理工艺装备及技术具有显著的节能、减排、快速、高质量、低成本的特点,是"老三炉"更新换代的理想产品。
The working principle, structure, technology characteristics, production process and production effect of WLV-I Type low vacuum varying pressure surface treatment multi-purpose furnace were introduced, which was used in gas nitrocarburizing process of 40Cr steel motorbike' s main drive gear. The measures for enhancing the product quality and optimizing the production process were also discussed. The practice shows that comparing with the conventional fur- nace, low vacuum varying pressure treatment equipment and technology has outstanding characteristics of energy saving, higher quality, faster speed and lower cost. It is an ideal product replacing old kinds of furnaces including box type fur- nace, pit type furnace and salt bath furnace.
