肺结核患者血清蛋白电泳图谱的调查分析

Electrophoresis chromatogram of serum protein in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:调查肺结核患者血清蛋白水平,分析电泳图谱六条区带的改变,并与正常人进行比较,探讨临床应用价值。方法:应用法国SEBIA公司全自动毛细管电泳仪对标本进行电泳分析,在日立7600全自动生化分析仪上对血清蛋白水平进行检测。结果:肺结核患者血清总蛋白(TP)水平有所下降(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)水平显著下降(P<0.05)。患者血清蛋白电泳的6条区带中有4条区带的比率与正常人相比差异存在显著性,ALB区带所占比例有所下降,α1、γ区带有所升高(三者均P<0.05),α2区带明显升高(P<0.01)。虽然β2比例有轻度增高,β1区带轻度下降(均P>0.05),但其与正常人相比无统计学意义。结论:肺结核患者血清蛋白电泳图谱可有明显改变,联合检测血清TP、ALB水平进行血清蛋白电泳分析有利于全面了解肺结核患者的血清蛋白成分变化情况,具有一定的临床意义和价值。

Objective To investigate the change of serum protein electrophoresis in patients with puhnonary tuberculosis, Methods The SEBIA high performance capillary electrophoresis technique was used for serum protein electrophoresis for 63 cases with puhnonary tuberculosis, HITACHI 7600 blood biochemical analyzer was used to extract data of the total protein and albumin. Results In patients with puhnonary tuberculosis the levels of total protein and albumin were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with normal controls the percent of albumin was lowered and the percents of α1 and γ globin were increased （P 〈 0.05）. The percent of α2 globin was much higher（P 〈 0.01 ）. The others were not different （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Combining measurement of serum protein eleetrothoresis, total protein and albumin is benefit for grasping the change of component of the serum protein in the patients with puhnonary tuberculosis. It is helpful for clinical diagnosis and curative effects.
