基质细胞衍生因子-1、基质金属蛋白酶-7、alpha-平滑肌肌动蛋白在人乳腺癌中的表达

摘要 目的:研究基质细胞衍生因子-1(stromal cell-derived factor-1,SDF-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinases-7,MMP-7)与alpha-平滑肌肌动蛋白(alpha-smooth muscle actin,alpha-SMA)的表达。方法:选有淋巴转移的乳腺癌患者33例,在相邻切片上分别对比SDF-1及MMP-7在正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌、癌旁组织中的免疫组化的表达,同时在有SDF-1表达的邻近蜡块切片观察alpha-SMA的表达。结果:在有腋窝淋巴转移的乳腺癌及癌旁组织中SDF-1、MMP-7均强表达,与正常乳腺组织的表达比较差异有显著性,在有SDF-1表达的相邻石蜡切片存在alpha-SMA相似部位的表达;SDF-1和MMP-7表达有相关性。结论:SDF-1、MMP-7、alpha-SMA均与乳腺癌恶性行为相关,间质中SDF-1表达与肌成纤维母细胞相关;SDF-1和MMP-7存在相同联系性。
