快速扩弓对鼻通气阻力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过对上颌牙弓狭窄患者实施上颌快速扩弓(RME),观察鼻通气阻力在扩弓前后的变化。方法:上颌后牙反患者21例,男9例,女12例,平均年龄(13.30±1.02)岁,RME实施前后测量牙弓宽度及鼻腔测压测量鼻通气阻力大小,所得数据行配对t检验。结果:扩弓结束后上颌牙弓狭窄得到解除,鼻通气阻力显著下降。结论:RME在解除后牙反的同时可使牙弓横径增加,鼻通气阻力降低。
