摘要 应激是指机体在受到各种内外环境因素刺激时出现的非特异性全身反应,合适的动物模型的建立对研究的顺利开展有着极其重要的意义。文中按照应激反应类型(躯体应激、心理应激、综合应激)的不同,对每种类型应激动物模型的研制进程、目前较为公认的建模方法、优缺点及其应用范围进行了阐述,进而对各种应激模型动物神经、内分泌及免疫系统的病理生理学变化特点的研究进展进行了总结,并从神经内分泌免疫(neuro-endocrino-immune network,NIM)调节网络平衡的角度探讨不同类型应激所致NIM网络平衡失调的共性与个性,以期为寻找有效的应激预防和治疗药物提供参考。 Stress is a kind of normal physiological and psychological responses in the body to situations or stimulus that are perceived as ' dangerous' to the body. A major challenge in the stress research is the establishment of suitable stress models. In this article, we reviewed the establishment and application of different stress models, including physical stress models, psychological stress models and multiple stress models, which are commonly used today. We also analyzed and discussed the changes of nervous, endocrine and immune systems induced by these stresses in the view of neuro-endocrino-immune network, which might possibly be useful for the research and development of suitable anti-stress drugs.
