(EuxRE1-x)(β-NTA)3Phen配合物的合成、表征及荧光性能研究 被引量:3

Synthesis,Characterization and Photoluminescence Properties of (Eu_xRE_(1-x))(β-NTA)_3Phen Complexes

摘要 在无水乙醇溶液中合成了以铕及铕掺入不同比例的Y3+或Tb3+为中心,以β-萘基甲酰三氟丙酮(β-NTA)和邻菲咯啉(phen)为配体的配合物;对其进行了元素分析、摩尔电导、核磁共振氢谱、差热-热重、红外光谱分析及荧光性能的研究。其化学组成式为(EuxY1-x)(β-NTA)3Phen及(EuxTb1-x)(β-NTA)3Phen(x=0.1;0.3;0.5;0.7;0.9);摩尔电导测试数据表明,所有配合物均为非电解质;核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱表明,配体β-NTA通过烯醇式氧负离子采用双齿配位的形式与稀土离子配位,Phen的两个氮原子也与稀土离子双齿配位;荧光光谱实验结果表明,所有激发光谱都为一宽带峰,配体能很好的吸收能量,在惰性不发光Y3+的含量x小于0.3,发光Tb3+的含量小于0.5时,可以使Eu3+的特征荧光发射得到一定程度增强,这表明两种不同的离子都可以敏化Eu3+。 Two series ofsolid complexes of Eu, RE1-x (β-NTA)a phen(RE=Y^3+ and Tb^3+ , x=0. 10, 0. 30, 0. 50, 0. 70, 0. 90) were synthesized in alcohol. They were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, molar conductivity, ^1H NMR spectra and TG-DTA. The molar conductivity indicated that all the complexes were nonelectrolyte; and ^1H NMR spectra and IR spectra showed that the ligand eoordinates(double-tooth) with RE^3+ ions through the oxygen negative ion of enolie form of β-NTA and the two nitrogen atoms of phen. The fluorescence properties of these complexes were studied, the results indicated that the chemical bonds have formed by the rare earth ions with the two ligands energy can be transferred from the ligand to the RE^9+ , and the excited spectra was very wide showing that energy transfer was efficient, the fluorescence emission intensity of ^5Do→^7F2 transitions in the strongest according to the emission spectra of the complexes. So the authors choose this energy transition as the research object and the results showed that the emission intensity of Eu^3+ ion can be enhanced if a part of Eu^3+ ions were substituted by Y^3+ or Tb^3+ ions. But the concentration of the Y^3+ or Tb^3+ ions can influence the fluorescence emission intensity of the rare earth complexes. The authors changed the concentration of Y^3+ and Tb^3+ in order to find the proper proportion. Finally the authors found that if the x〈0. 3 for the complexes EuxY1-x (β-NTA)3 phen can get higher fluorescence intensity than pure Eu^3+ system, but compared with the concentration of Y^3+, the proportion of Tb^3+ is different. The result showed that if x 〈0. 5 the authors can get higher fluorescence intensity. In all, at a proper proportion of the doping ions (Y^3+ or Tb^3+ ) the authors can get higher fluorescence intensity. This doping method not only decreases the cost of materials, but also enhances the fluorescence intensity, so it has a bright future in practical application.
