基于Mechanism/Pro的汽车悬架系统运动仿真

摘要 为了解决多体动力学分析仿真过程中困扰仿真人员的模型建立和修改问题,以汽车独立悬架为研究对象,提出机械系统仿真一种比较理想的方法。首先应用多体动力学求解理论,从悬架物理模型中提取多体动力学求解模型,针对ADAMS/View建模能力较弱,通过三维建模软件Pro/E建模,采用Mechanism/Pro模块定义刚体、添加约束和驱动、调用ADAMS/Sol-ver求解。可以很方便地建立复杂机械系统模型,并根据仿真结果及时对模型进行修改,实现机械系统多体动力学仿真的前处理、求解以及后处理均集成在Pro/E环境中。 In this paper, in order to solve the model building and changing problem in the process of mechanical system simulation, taking an independent suspension system as the research object, an ideal means for performing mechanical system simulation with multi - body system dynamics theories and software is proposed. In view of the weak modeling ability of ADAMS/View, the model of complex machinery system must be completed by CAD software, the 3D model of wishbone independent suspension system is established based on Pro/E, and rigid components, joints, compliant connections, applied loads are created by Mechanism/Pro. The model performs kinematic and dynamic tests on virtual prototypes of mechanical systems within the Pro/E environment using ADAMS/Solver to simulate the mechanism. The complex model can be built and changed easily, and the preprocessor, solving and postprocessor are unified in this environment.
