摘要
近些年来,随着贸易自由化的发展,反倾销已成为各国保护国内产业的主要工具之一。然而反倾销措施在抵消或消除进口对国内产业造成损害的同时,也会对中国经济产生错综复杂的影响。这些影响主要包括三个方面:国内产业恢复与发展情况、涉案产品进口贸易情况和公共利益状况。结合既往的反倾销案例,全面而系统的分析各个方面的具体影响,详细阐述反倾销措施实施后的效果。
During recent years, with the development of world trade and economic intergradations, antidumping as a trade protect policy has gradually become the main tool for countries to protect their industries. However, anti-dumping not only eliminate damage, but also affect domestic economy. The effects include how domestic industry resumed and developed, and how foreign industry reacted on international trade and public interests. With present antidumping filing cases, this paper analyzes those main effects generally and systemically.
