中印计算机和信息服务贸易国际竞争力的比较研究

A Comparative Study of the International Trade Competitiveness in Computer and Information Services between China and India

计算机和信息服务贸易是现代服务贸易中的重要组成部分。本文借助于能够量化的指标,包括服务贸易的描述性指标、贸易竞争力指数和显示性比较优势指数等作为分析工具对中印计算机和信息服务贸易进行了现状分析及动态分析;同时对影响两国计算机和信息服务贸易竞争力的因素进行了比较。我国计算机和信息服务贸易与印度相比还有很大的差距,面对新的服务贸易转移的机会和信息产业的重要历史地位,我国需要采取措施把计算机和信息服务作为重点培育产业。

Trade in Computer and Information Services is an important part of modern service trade .This paper, by applying quantitative indexes such as description index, TC and RCA index, etc., make a comparative study of the international trade competitiveness in computer and information services between China and India, and the relevant factors affecting its competitiveness .Compared with India, China has a long way to go in the tirade of computer and Information Services. As a result, China should take some measures to promote its development in order to effectively seek new opportunity of trade in services transferring and information industry＇s important history position.
