资金短缺成为阻碍民营企业和中小企业发展的主要障碍,民营企业和中小企业融资困难的成因是错综复杂的,有民营企业自身方面的原因,也有银行方面及社会环境方面的的原因。本文在剖析民营企业和中小企业融资困难成因的基础上,提出了相关对策建议。

The financial shortage is the main cause to baffle the development of private companies and small-medium state-owned enterprises. The causes of their financing difficulties are very complicated, such as by themselves, by banks and by social environments. This paper puts forwards some suggestions by analyzing the causes of their difficulties.
